It delivers what wellness retreats promise: movement, rest, good food, and connection. It just skips the woo-woo and adds a beer at sunset if you want one.
🍺Do I have to drink?
Never. Plenty of guests do not drink at all, and nobody blinks. The beer in our name is optional, the fun is not.
🙋Can I come alone?
Yes. Most of our travelers arrive solo. Group meals and daily yoga make connection automatic.
🤹How much yoga is there?
Most days offer a session, usually at golden hour with an ocean view. Join every one or skip them all.
💰How does booking work?
Hold your spot with a 20% deposit and pay the rest later. Nicaragua starts around $1,950 for 5 nights.
